NEDA MANSOORIAN
With 25 years of combined experience as a trial lawyer, law firm managing partner, and mediator, Neda Mansoorian is a trusted “go-to” Silicon Valley lawyer.
Neda specializes in sensitive and confidential matters requiring sound judgment and discretion. Her calm, astute, and strategic style has earned the trust and confidence of her clients in high-pressure situations.
Neda’s litigation practice spans the full spectrum of complex civil matters, including class actions, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, labor and employment, and business torts. She has litigated and tried high-stakes cases on behalf of clients for over two decades, bringing firsthand courtroom experience to every matter she handles.
Her lengthy legal experience also includes roles as the Chief Legal Officer and Director of a well-known, fast-paced Silicon Valley firm specializing in especially tough, complicated cases.
As President of California Women Lawyers, Neda represented thousands of constituents from throughout the state and on a national platform, leading the organization’s Board of Directors and its numerous active committees.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and long before her career in law, Neda founded a successful company in the hospitality industry. She continues to serve as this company’s managing member, in addition to being a 2x startup founder.
